HavenSync is a Wi-Fi smart switch controller designed for lights and fans in Indian homes. It brings app control and automation to compatible existing switch-board installations, without making voice-control or smart-speaker compatibility claims.

Use the HavenSync mobile app to control supported connected loads, check their status and set schedules. Selected models support fan-speed control. A built-in motion sensor can be used for motion-based automation, while basic switching is designed to continue when the internet is unavailable. App and remote features require a compatible Wi-Fi connection.

HavenSync is designed for indoor installations on 220–240V AC, 50 Hz electrical systems. Actual supported loads and fan-speed features depend on the model. Have a qualified electrician confirm that the product, wiring, enclosure and connected load are suitable before installation. Never work on live mains wiring.

The device includes a display called Haven-i, with expressive eyes and status feedback. HavenSync also describes protection features including surge protection, inrush-current handling and a slow-blow fuse. These features do not replace correct installation, appropriate circuit protection or compliance checks.
